CCHPS Technical Meeting

This presentation describes the development of a Gamma Energy Analysis NDA program used to assay 2500 complex waste objects from Hanford’s 618-10 Waste Site. Gamma Energy Analysis NDA programs usually require detailed knowledge of the waste object’s structure, elemental composition, size, weight, and density. The presentation describes how 2500 waste objects were accurately assayed with only waste object size and weight information available.
